Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 7-15 business days, or may arrive earlier. Please note that delays may occur due to high demand during the festive season, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or production delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time. After pickup from our address, you can track your shipment status using this tracking link.

Delays & Exceptions

Shipping times mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only, and delays may sometimes occur due to situations beyond our control. No refund, return, replacement, or exchange will be entertained on account of such delays.

If there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock, or there is an unusual delay in fulfilling an order, we will notify you by e-mail or phone call.

Dates for delivery are approximate only, and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. If any part of your order remains unfulfilled, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund for that unfulfilled part only.
